Common use of Program Objective Clause in Contracts

Program Objective. The objective of the Program (the “Program Objective”) is to expand business production and productivity, generate greater economic opportunities for households and improve the capacity to provide public and social services by improving the quantity and quality of the supply of electricity. The Program consists of the projects described in Annex I (each, a “Project”, and collectively, the “Projects”).
