Common use of Program Objective Clause in Contracts

Program Objective. The objective of the Program (the “Program Objective”) is to increase the effective supply of water available to the inhabitants of Zarqa Governorate through improvements in the efficiency of water delivery, the extent of wastewater collection and the capacity of wastewater treatment. The Program consists of the projects described in Annex I (each a “Project” and collectively, the “Projects”).
