Program non-exclusivity. The REAP program is a non-exclusive means by which the County may purchase conservation easements or control land use and development, or by which landowners may establish conservation easements and other self-imposed limitations on land use or development. This chapter shall not be construed in any way as a limitation upon the County’s authority to acquire land for public purposes.
