Program non-exclusivity. The REAP program is a non-exclusive means by which the County may purchase conservation easements or control land use and development, or by which landowners may establish conservation easements and other self-imposed limitations on land use or development. This chapter shall not be construed in any way as a limitation upon the County’s authority to acquire land for public purposes.
Program non-exclusivity. All shared mobility companies who wish to operate in the City shall be permitted to apply for the Pilot Program. The City may execute a license agreement with multiple business entities at its sole discretion and no shared mobility company shall take any action to interfere with such agreements.
