Common use of Program Narrative Clause in Contracts

Program Narrative. The purpose of the Commercial Driver’s License Vocational Class is to prepare students for employment as tractor/truck drivers. Upon completion of all prerequisite class objectives (320 hours), the student will be awarded vocational credit on a transcript and Certificate of Achievement for satisfactorily completing occupational competencies in Commercial Driver Development set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association At this time, students are unable to take the written portion of CDL exam. However, upon completion of the program, students will have acquired the knowledge and skill set to pass the written and practical portions of the CDL exam upon their release from the Department of Corrections.
