Program Management and Administration. UTRCA shall develop the System in accordance with this Agreement under the direction of the Steering Committee. UTRCA shall manage the Program in accordance with the deliverables, cost estimates and progress payments set out in Schedule A. The Program will be led by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from UTRCA. ▇▇▇▇▇ will act as Program Manager and ▇▇▇▇ will act as System Developer.
