Common use of Program Level Matching Clause in Contracts

Program Level Matching. VA/VHA will match IRS information with information extracted from its system of records (SOR) “Income Verification Records – VA” (89VA10NB). IRS will extract return information with respect to unearned income from the Information Return Master File (IRMF) ProcessingFile, Treas/IRS 22.061, as published at 77 FR 47946‐947 (August 10, 2012), through the Disclosure of Information to Federal, State and Local Agencies (DIFSLA) program. A current CMA is in existence and no changes are anticipated.
