PROGRAM/FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION. 8.1 PARTIES shall use as the primary reference in all programmatic, financial, and grant administration matters and adhere to the policies and regulations in Exhibit D - Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 (2 CFR Part 200), Exhibit F – FY 2020 HSGP NOFO, Exhibit G – FY 2020 HSGP CA Supplement to the NOFO, and Exhibit H – Federal Preparedness Grants Manual, in conjunction with updates issued by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Grants & Training (G&T) information bulletins, and Cal OES policy, regulations, and statutes.
