Network Affiliation and Program Service. A. From time to time, we may, but shall be under no obligation to offer you, for television broadcasting by your station, certain of our network television programs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ABC shall have the right to authorize any television broadcasting station regardless of the community to which it is licensed by the FCC, to broadcast any network presentation of a subject we deem to be of immediate national significance including, but not limited to, a Presidential address. B. PROGRAM SERVICE The program service we may offer may be as follows:

As used in this Agreement, Network Television Programs means television programs which are part of the network schedule for the then current September to September television season, broadcast on a national television basis and in the time period established for such broadcast by ABC. (Network Television Programs will also be referred to herein as "network programs," "television programs," "programs" or "programming" or in the singular of such terms.)
