PROGRAM COOPERATION. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in their respective Countries, will join together for cooperative research in thermal hydraulic research programs sponsored by the Parties.
PROGRAM COOPERATION. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in the territories they represent, will join together for cooperative nuclear reactor safety research in the area of probabilistic risk assessment programs and other related program areas in nuclear reactor safety sponsored by the Parties.
PROGRAM COOPERATION. A. The USNRC and the ECN, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in their respective Countries, will provide for technical exchange in the HSST/EPFM Program ( Appendix A), the ART Program ( Appendix B), the BROS I-II/EPOSS Programs (Appendix C), and the Fast Reactor Aerosol Research ( Aerosol) Program (Appendix D). B. The term " assignee" as used herein shall mean the BROS /EPOSS Parties or any other organization designated by the signatory parties in
PROGRAM COOPERATION. 1. The USNRC and the JAERI will join together, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, for cooperative research|in the USNRC Loss of Fluid Test (LOFT)_ program as described in the LOFT PROGRAM DESCRIPTION (LPD-1, October 1974) for a period of four years beginning upon execution of this agreement.
PROGRAM COOPERATION. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions of this Implementing Agreement and subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in their respective Countries, first joined together to undertake cooperative thermal hydraulic research programs on February 1, 1994 and again on March 26,1998. This Implementing Agreement extends that cooperation for another five years.
PROGRAM COOPERATION. The Parties, in accordance with the provisions of this Implementing Agreement and subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in their respective Countries, will join together in cooperative research for the severe accident research program sponsored by the USNRC and for similar research programs sponsored by the SUJB.
PROGRAM COOPERATION. 2.1 LANL and FzK will join together in cooperating in thermal hydraulic research and development programs conducted by LANL and FzK. The general goals of the LANL- FzK effort will be threefold: 2.1.1 The first goal will be to develop new and improved models for GASFLOW, a state-of-the- art three-dimensional, time-dependent computer code to analyze accidents in confined structures. 2.1.2 The second goal will be to thoroughly test the code and verify it with relevant experimental data. 2.1.3 The third goal will be to perform analyses for non-reactor nuclear facilities and for nuclear reactor containments. 2.2 LANL and FzK will exchange information in the form of computer codes, technical reports, experimental data, correspondence, visits, joint meetings, and such other means as they agree. 2.3 There will be no exchange of money between LANL and FzK. Each party shall bear its own costs.
PROGRAM COOPERATION. 1. The USNRC and the Nordic Group will join together, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, for cooperative research in the USNRC Loss of Fluid Test (LOFT) program as described in the LOFT PROGRAM DESCRIPTION (LPD-1, October 1974) and in the Nordic Norhav project as described in Appendices A and B for this period of four years beginning upon execution of this agreement.

  • Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services. 3.2.2. Customer shall appoint a contact person with the authority to make decisions and to supply SAP with any necessary or relevant information expeditiously.

  • Technical Cooperation In order to facilitate the implementation of this Agreement, developed country Members shall provide, on request and on mutually agreed terms and conditions, technical and financial cooperation in favour of developing and least-developed country Members. Such cooperation shall include assistance in the preparation of laws and regulations on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as on the prevention of their abuse, and shall include support regarding the establishment or reinforcement of domestic offices and agencies relevant to these matters, including the training of personnel.

  • Information/Cooperation Executive shall, upon reasonable notice, furnish such information and assistance to the Bank as may be reasonably required by the Bank, in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is, or may become, a party; provided, however, that Executive shall not be required to provide information or assistance with respect to any litigation between Executive and the Bank or any other subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • Regulatory Cooperation In connection with any foreclosure, collection, sale or other enforcement of Liens granted to the Administrative Agent in the Collateral Documents, Parent will, and will cause its Restricted Subsidiaries to, reasonably cooperate in good faith with the Administrative Agent or its designee in obtaining all regulatory licenses, consents and other governmental approvals necessary or (in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent or its designee) reasonably advisable to conduct all aviation operations with respect to the Collateral and will, at the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent and in good faith, continue to operate and manage the Collateral and maintain all applicable regulatory licenses with respect to the Collateral until such time as the Administrative Agent or its designee obtain such licenses, consents and approvals, and at such time Parent will, and will cause its Restricted Subsidiaries to, cooperate in good faith with the transition of the aviation operations with respect to the Collateral to any new aviation operator (including, without limitation, the Administrative Agent or its designee).

  • Cultural cooperation 1. The aims of cultural cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for cultural cooperation; and (b) to promote information and cultural exchanges between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) dialogue on cultural policies and promotion of local culture; (b) exchange of cultural events and promote awareness of artistic works; (c) exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of national heritage; (d) exchange of experience on management for the arts; (e) protecting archaeological monuments and cultural heritage; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' culture authorities; and (g) cooperation in the audio-visual field, mainly coproduction and training programs in this sector and means of communication, including training, development and distribution activities.
