Program Code Sample Clauses

Program Code. Unless otherwise specified by Licensor in writing, the Licensed Products shall be provided to Licensee and Used strictly in machine-readable object code format. No source code or technical-level documentation are licensed under this Agreement.

Program Code. Fees and expenses under this Contract will be charged to Counterpart’s Program Code Program Code, which should be referenced on all invoices.

Program Code. For Pavilion's administrative convenience, the materials on which Pavilion provides the Pavilion Software to Pegasus may include additional program code that is not Pavilion Software. Except to the extent portions of such program code must be called on or operated solely for the Pavilion Software to operate within the licensed scope within the Field of Use, Pegasus does not receive any licenses hereunder with respect to such additional program code, and shall not use such additional program code in any manner and will not knowingly permit others to do so and will utilize commercially reasonable efforts (which shall be no less restrictive than the confidentiality obligations contained in Section 19 of this Agreement) to restrict such use by others.

Program Code. NRC regions should use program code 02240 for medical use licensees authorized to use the RadioGenix® System. The commercial nuclear pharmacies will continue to use the program code 02500.
