Program Charges. I am responsible for any and all required payments and charges applicable to the Program. I understand the Program's cancellation policies and fees and agree to abide by them. If I am a Student, I consent to any unpaid fees, including those associated with my dismissal or early departure from the Program, being billed directly to me. I also understand that if the actual trip costs are less than the amount I paid, my excess payment will be returned to me within two weeks of our return to the United States.

Program Charges. All costs incurred by Biomodels in the Program, --------------- including, without limitation, payments for preclinical animal and other studies, tests and all reporting, filings, applications and other actions necessary for the performance of the research and consulting services hereunder, shall be the sole responsibility of Biomodels. Biomodels will pay when due all invoices received from providers of goods and/or services incurred in connection with this Agreement.
Program Charges. Rock Island Hydroelectric Plant RECs may be purchased through this program at a cost of $15.00 per REC. The monthly charge will be one-twelfth of the total cost of the RECs being purchased. For example, the monthly cost to purchase 5 RECs per year is $6.25 (5 X $15.00/12). If your utility bill payment is not sufficient to pay all the charges on the bill, the payment will be distributed according to the following priority:
