Revisions to Program Clause Samples

Revisions to Program. The Company may, after review and -------------------- consultation with Biomodels, revise the Program as may be necessary or desirable to accomplish the purposes and objectives thereof, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Biomodels. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such revisions to the Program shall not change the compensation payable to Biomodels pursuant to Section 3 hereof unless Biomodels shall have agreed in writing to such change in compensation.
