PROGRAM CALENDAR. Before the commencement of an After School Program at a School Site, Contractor shall provide FCSS with a calendar evidencing, at a minimum, the Program Days and Program Hours for the School Site.
PROGRAM CALENDAR. Each Head Start and School Readiness employee shall be sent an updated program calendar and opening information at least two (2) weeks prior to the opening staff meeting. Each employee shall receive a tentative program calendar, which will include information on pre-opening days, post days, home visits, and parent/teacher conference hours, prior to the last day of work each school year. If there are further program calendar changes, updated program calendars will be sent to affected employees.
PROGRAM CALENDAR. The Program shall follow the District’s Board adopted school calendar. Program hours shall be determined in relation to school hours at the school site.
