Common use of Program Benefits Clause in Contracts

Program Benefits. Up to seven (7) days of Paid Leave for purposes of Bereavement, as defined below, may be taken once during the term of the Program. No more than three (3) days may be taken in any one (1) fiscal year. This Paid Leave shall not be chargeable to any other Paid Leave accrued.
