PROGRAM AND SERVICES: OPERATIONS AND STANDARDS. The Contractor shall provide the residents of MMALR, many of whom have multiple disabilities, with a combination of housing, supportive services, personalized assistance, and mental health and health care designed to respond to the individual needs of those who require assistance with activities of daily living “ADL” and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living “IADL”.
