Common use of Program and Project Management Clause in Contracts

Program and Project Management. The Contractor will collaborate with Vermont AHS’s program and project management team to align business objectives, establish key metrics and management reporting requirements to ensure on time, on budget delivery, with quality. The State PM and State Vendor Manager (hereinafter referred to as “VM”) shall supervise the Contractor’s performance to the extent necessary to ensure that the Contractor meets performance expectations and standards. The Contractor PM will work closely with the State PM and VM on a day- to-day basis.
