Common use of Program Administration Clause in Contracts

Program Administration. Resident shall cooperate fully with KMC in coordinating and completing RRC and ACGME accreditation submissions and activities, including legible and timely completion of patient medical records, charts, reports, time cards, statistical operative and procedures logs, faculty and Program evaluations, and other documentation required by the RRC, ACGME, KMC and the Program.

Program Administration. Resident shall cooperate fully with the Program and KMC in coordinating and completing RRC RRC, ACGME, and ACGME other applicable accreditation submissions and activities, including the legible and timely completion of patient medical records, charts, reports, time cards, statistical operative and procedures logs, faculty and Program evaluations, and other documentation required by the RRC, ACGME, other accrediting bodies, Authority, KMC and and/or the Program.
