Common use of Profit Split Clause in Contracts

Profit Split. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the net profits generated from the operations of the Done-For-You Digital Storefront(s) will be split on a seventy/thirty (70/30) basis ("Profit Split" or “Split”).
