Combination/Bundled Products Sample Clauses
The Combination/Bundled Products clause defines how products or services that are sold together as a package are treated under the agreement. It typically outlines the pricing, delivery, and support terms that apply when multiple items are combined into a single offering, and may specify how discounts or warranties are allocated among the bundled components. This clause ensures clarity in the parties' obligations and helps prevent disputes over the handling of combined products, ultimately facilitating smoother transactions when multiple items are sold as a unit.
