Professional Judgment. Each of the parties acknowledges and --------------------- agrees that the terms and conditions of this Agreement pertain to and control solely the business and financial relationship between and among the parties and do not pertain to and do not control the professional and clinical relationship between and among the Practice, the Physician Employees, the Practice's employees and the Practice's patients. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to alter or in any way affect the legal, ethical, and professional relationship between and among the Practice, Physician Employees and the Practice's patients, nor shall anything contained in this Agreement abrogate any right, privilege, or obligation arising out of or applicable to the physician- patient relationship.
