Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000.00) in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments, awards or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of the Threshold Amount in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry;
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has acknowledged coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry;
Final Judgments or Orders. Any judgment or judgments are rendered against any Borrower in an aggregate amount in excess of $1,000,000 or against all Borrowers in an aggregate amount in excess of $2,000,000 and (i) enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced by a creditor upon such judgment, (ii) there shall be any period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which the same shall remain undischarged and a stay of enforcement of such judgment, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect, or (iii) any such judgment results in the creation of a Lien upon any of the Collateral (other than a Permitted Encumbrance);
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money which results in an uninsured liability to pay in excess of $20,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against Holdings or any Material Subsidiary by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded, or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of entry;
Final Judgments or Orders. (i) Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $3,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not covered by insurance or indemnities as to which the applicable insurance company or third party has been notified of the claim and has confirmed coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, and with respect to which either (A) enforcement proceedings are commenced by any creditor upon such judgment or order, or (B) there is a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, is not in effect; or
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money shall be entered against the Company by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, in an aggregate amount in excess of $500,000, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded, or stayed pending appeal within thirty (30) days after the entry of such final judgment; or the Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets valued in an aggregate amount in excess of $500,000 are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant; or such come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors.
Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment either (i) is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry, or (ii) is not fully insured (provided that a judgment shall be deemed to be uninsured unless the insurance company is a reputable insurance company and has acknowledged that the judgment is covered by the applicable insurance policy without any reservation to challenge the applicability thereof) or any Loan Parties' or any of their Subsidiaries' assets having a value on the Company's books in excess of $10,000,000 are attached, seized, levied upon or subjected to a writ or distress warrant; or such come within the possession of any receiver, trustee, custodian or assignee for the benefit of creditors and the same is not cured within sixty (60) days thereafter;
