Common use of Professional Judgment Clause in Contracts

Professional Judgment. Each of the parties acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions of this Agreement pertain to and control the business and financial relationship between and among the parties but do not pertain to and do not control the professional and clinical relationship between and among GCOA, Physician Employees, GCOA Employees, and GCOA's patients. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to alter or in any way affect the legal, ethical, and professional relationship between and among GCOA, Physician Owners, Physician Employees, and GCOA's patients, nor shall anything contained in this Agreement abrogate any right, privilege, or obligation arising out of or applicable to the physician-patient relationship.
