Professional Development Presentations. When bargaining unit members provide instruction or deliver professional development or training in the District, as approved by the Superintendent or designee: First Time Course is Taught Bargaining unit members will be paid the appropriate hourly rate for each hour of training and for two hours of preparation time for each hour they deliver professional development or training outside the workday. Subsequent Times Same Course is Taught Bargaining unit members will be paid the appropriate hourly rate for each hour of training and for one hour of preparation time for each hour they deliver professional development or training outside the workday.
