Production Process. 11.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and in particular to the provisions of this clause 11 the Supplier shall have overall day-to-day control over and responsibility for the production of the Deliverables provided that the Authority shall have final editorial control and approval over the Videos as set out in this Agreement.
