Common use of Production of Invoices Clause in Contracts

Production of Invoices. The FRANCHISEE shall produce an invoice, in a form and 529 format that is approved by the City Representative, for services received under this 530 AGREEMENT. The FRANCHISEE’S invoice shall be remitted to the Service Recipient and will 531 include at a minimum; date of service, material collected, weight collected, and total amount 532 charged.
