Production Changes. Without the prior written approval from BUYER which may be withheld or conditioned in the BUYER’s sole discretion, SELLER shall not subcontract nor change processes, cycle times, raw materials used or specifications.
Production Changes. PPG shall inform UDC in writing of the occurrence or expected occurrence of material events that might reasonably be expected to affect the quality, quantity, cost or any other material aspect of any Product manufactured or processed hereunder, including, without limitation, any changes in manufacturing conditions or quality control procedures relating to the manufacture or processing of the Product. PPG shall, upon UDC's request, supply test data and/or samples of Products produced hereunder to UDC and otherwise reasonably cooperate with UDC, in order to permit UDC to evaluate the possible effects of such events and verify that PPG will continue to be able to supply Products as required hereunder. PPG shall not change raw material suppliers, the composition, manufacturing location, or process used to produce any Pre-Commercial OLED Chemical or Commercial OLED Chemical from that utilized when the OLED Chemical was originally approved by UDC, without UDC's prior written consent.
Production Changes. The Customer bears the resulting costs if changes in The Agreement that are requested by the Customer give rise to a need to make changes to the agreed system design. Such changes are agreed in writing by the contractual parties. If the Customer makes changes without first notifying PostNord Strålfors of these, payment at the applicable hourly rate shall be made to PostNord Strålfors for the working hours resulting from them.

  • Election Changes The Executive may modify the amount of Deferrals annually by filing a new Deferral Election Form with the Employer. The modified deferral shall not be effective until the calendar year following the year in which the subsequent Deferral Election Form is received by the Employer.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Project Changes Project changes prior to bid opening shall be made by addendum to plans and specifications. Changes after bid opening shall be made by change order. The Local Government shall submit all addenda and all change orders to the Department for an eligibility determination. After execution of all construction, equipment and materials contracts, the Project contingency may be reduced.

  • Design Changes Axon may make design changes to any Axon Device or Service without notifying Agency or making the same change to Axon Devices and Services previously purchased by Agency.
