Product Warranty Limitation of Liability. 14.01 Product warranty liability is the responsibility of the VENDOR. EMJ requires ninety (90) days written notice of any changes in product warranties. The only warranty in respect of the Products is the warranty provided by VENDOR to the end user. EMJ shall provide its customers with VENDOR's warranty at the time of sale of the Products and shall not purport to modify or add to the terms of any such warranty.
