Common use of Product Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Product Upgrades. 20.1 At any point during performance of the Contract, should technological advances be introduced by the Supplier products originally offered by the Supplier in its bid and still to be delivered, the Supplier shall be obligated to offer to the Purchaser the latest models of the available Information Technologies having equal or better performance or functionality at the same or lesser unit prices.
