Product Shipment. Products shall be delivered by CELSION DDP (INCOTERMS 2010) at the Consignment Stock warehouse address of IMPATIENTS’ LSP. At the warehouse of IMPATIENTS’ LSP, Products will be made ready for delivery to IMPATIENTS’ clients, in a manner controlled by IMPATIENTS and in accordance with the Quality Agreement.
