Product Shipment. HEMISPHERX shall deliver the Product DDP (INCOTERMS 2010) at the Consignment Stock warehouse address of IMPATIENTS’ LSP. At the warehouse of IMPATIENTS’ LSP, Product will be made ready for delivery to IMPATIENTS’ clients, in a manner controlled by IMPATIENTS and in accordance with the Quality Agreement.
Product Shipment. If Buyer desires shipment, Seller shall, upon receipt of the full purchase price for the Product, ship the Product to Buyer at a location identified by Buyer in writing, at Buyer’s sole cost.

Product Shipment. 10.1. Because Click2Sell is not involved in the transaction between you and the Buyer and is not the agent of either of you for any, Click2Sell will not be involved in and will not be responsible for the shipment of Products ordered by the Buyer. You are solely responsible for a timely, accurate and proper shipment of Products to the Buyer.
Product Shipment. Equipment will be shipped F.O.B. Origin. Mammotome is responsible for payment of standard shipping charges. Mammotome is not liable for any delay in any delivery, including, but not limited to delays due to product shortages, force majeure events, regulatory or carrier issues, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Product Shipment. Borrower has shipped more than Thirty Two Million Dollars ($32,000,000) of Borrower’s product, net of returns and allowances, from January 1, 2008 through the Effective Date.
Product Shipment. Case shall arrange delivery of Products to Dealer and Case reserves the right to determine the method and routing for such delivery. Case shall not be responsible for guaranteeing shipping rates or for delays in shipment. Case, in its discretion, may permit Dealer to designate orders for Will Call delivery pursuant to the terms of the DOG.
Product Shipment. Bovie shall ship the Products to fulfill orders of customers in the Markets to Bovie-HK or according to Bovie-HK instructions pursuant to the purchase order submitted to Bovie by Bovie-HK.
Product Shipment. The shipment of the Seller's Products confirms the Seller's acceptance of the Company's price and condition offer. The Company's price offer will only be valid for 7 days from the date the offer is made. It is the responsibility of the Seller to ship all of Product(s) using one of the shipping methods provided by the Company such that the products are received by the Company within 7 days of the initial offer date. Company will provide Seller with a prepaid, preaddressed shipping label sent to the Seller provided email address for the Seller to send Products to the Company. Title and risk of loss remains with the Seller until the Product(s) are received by the Company, at which point title and risk of loss transfers to the Company. It is at the Seller's discretion to acquire shipment insurance beyond the shipper's standard coverage.
Product Shipment. CTC shall ship to Distributor directly pursuant to Article 6.1.
