Product Shipment Clause Samples
The Product Shipment clause outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of goods from the seller to the buyer. It typically specifies details such as shipping methods, delivery timelines, responsibilities for shipping costs, and the point at which risk transfers from seller to buyer. For example, it may require the seller to use a specific carrier or mandate that products be shipped within a certain number of days after order confirmation. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations regarding shipment, thereby minimizing disputes and delays related to the delivery process.
