Product Reliability. Buyer and Seller will share with Seller each other service history and product reliability data which is readily available to Buyer concerning the performance of Seller's ’s products; provided that Seller agrees to treat all such data as confidential information of Buyer and shall not disclose any such data to any third party without Buyer’s prior written approval in accordance with Section 22 hereto.
