Common use of Product Label Clause in Contracts

The Parties agree that BIOSARA and its Affiliates and Designees, if any, shall include QMT’s patent numbers on all Product packaging, promotional materials and other materials (in written or electronic form) related to the Product in the Territory in accordance with the Trademark Standards set forth in Exhibit C.
