Product Label. The Parties agree that DERMA and its Affiliates and Designees, if any, shall, if requested by QMT, include QMT’s name and/or logo, relevant QMT Marks and patent numbers on all Product packaging, promotional materials and other materials (in written or electronic form) related to the Product in the Territory in accordance with the Trademark Standards set forth in Exhibit C.
Product Label. Product Label. Oscient will maintain the Product Label for the Product in the U.S. and Pfizer will maintain the Product Label for the Product in Mexico. If any change(s) to the safety language in either the U.S. or Mexican Product Label is considered, both parties will work collaboratively to determine if any change(s) is necessary and, if so, what the change(s) should include. In any event, Oscient will have the final approval as to whether any change(s) is necessary and what the changes will be for both the U.S. and Mexican Product Labels. Product Label. The Parties agree that VIRIDIS and its Affiliates shall include QMT’s patent numbers on all Product packaging, promotional materials and other materials (in written or electronic form). Viridis has the right but not the obligation to also include QMT’s name and/or logo on all Product packaging, promotional materials and other materials (in written or electronic form) related to the Product in the Territory in accordance with the Trademark Standards set forth in Exhibit C. QMT will consider making exceptions to its trademark policy on a case by case basis.
Product Label. Subject to Section 10 (d), in all LS&CO. products incorporating Products in the Territory, a "TAG-IT," "TEKFIT" or other TPI trademark shall appear on the front of the interior care label, in a manner to be mutually agreed upon and not to exceed the logo size of the "***(R)" logo or other branding as it appears on such label. The expected forms of such TAG-IT and TEKFIT trademarks are attached as EXHIBIT F.
Product Label. Please note that no single antimicrobial product is approved for use interchangeably on both personnel and equipment. In addition to grove and harvesting equipment and vehicles, citrus fruit picking sacks and clippers must also be disinfected with an approved equipment decontaminant listed in this document under, “DECONTAMINATION OF EQUIPMENT.”

Bioniche Pharma shall cause the Contract Manufacturer to custom label and package the Product with Delcath’s trade name, trade dress and applicable labeling content as required pursuant to FDA approval of Delcath’s NDA (and as a may be amended from time to time), such labeling and packaging to include vial label, vial carton, and package insert. Delcath shall be responsible to provide Synerx and Bioniche FDA approved master labeling/artwork (the “Label Template”) no less than CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT [***] Indicates that text has been omitted which is the subject of a confidential treatment request. This text has been separately filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. ninety (90) days prior to when Delcath requires such label, or amended label, to be included on the Product and Bioniche Pharma shall print and affix such label and package according to such Label Template.
