Common use of Product Information Clause in Contracts

Product Information. Supplier will provide to Snap-on complete and accurate information and data for the Products (“Product Information”). Product Information will include, but not be limited to, Product information, competitor cross-reference data, Product information updates, maintenance and certification requirements, manuals, applications and safety information. If requested, supplier will annually review and certify the accuracy of all Product Information and data provided to Snap-on.
