Product End of Life Procedures. If AMD decides that it will no longer offer for sale and sell a particular Product, AMD will give FoundryCo reasonable prior written notice, and the parties will mutually agree upon and implement an end of life process for the applicable Products, including any Wafers specific to that Product that may still be on hold in accordance with Section 5.8 above. As part of such discussions, the parties will determine the disposition of any reticles specific to that Product.
