Processor Capacity License Licensed Sample Clauses

The "Processor Capacity License Licensed" clause defines the scope of software licensing based on the processing capacity of the hardware on which the software is installed. Typically, this means that the license is tied to the number of processors, cores, or the overall processing power available to the system running the software. For example, a license may permit use of the software on servers with up to a specified number of CPU cores. This clause ensures that the software vendor can control and monetize usage according to the computing resources consumed, preventing unauthorized scaling and clarifying the permitted deployment environment.
