Processing of timber. Detailed procedures describing how sawmilling and other processing of wood products are assessed will be developed in the first three years of implementation of the VPA. In principle, the operational control by the operator and verification by the COCS will cover (i) entry of wood raw materials into the mill site, (ii) storing of wood raw materials, (iii) processing, (iv) storing of processed products and (v) exit of products from the mill site.
