Common use of Processing location Clause in Contracts

Processing location. Processing of the personal data under the Clauses cannot be performed at other locations than the following without the data controller’s prior written authorisation: The processing of personal data takes place at the data processor's addresses as well as the listed data processors and the addresses of their sub-processors. In addition, remote work may be carried out in accordance with the data processor's remote work policy as well as the current and future locations of the data processor and the sub-processor. Sub-processor means current sub-processors and any additions or replacements, taking into account the conditions for the data controller's approval of the sub-processor as set out in Clause 7 and Appendix B of the Clauses.
