Common use of Processing Instructions Clause in Contracts

Processing Instructions. The Customer instructs Iris AI to process Customer Personal Information for the following purposes: (a) processing necessary for the provision of the Services; (b) processing in accordance with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇’s privacy policy; and (c) processing to comply with other reasonable instructions provided by the Customer to Iris AI (eg. via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement.
