Processing and Time Limits. The resolution of a grievance satisfactory to the Lodge at any step shall be deemed a final settlement, and any grievance not initiated or taken to the next step within the time limit specified herein will be considered settled on the basis of the last answer by management. The time limits specified in this Article may be extended or waived by mutual agreement. Grievances may be initiated at any appropriate step corresponding with the nature of the grievance and the manner in which it arose.
