Processing and Disposal. FRANCHISEE shall process and dispose of all 450 material collected from Service Units pursuant to this AGREEMENT in accordance with the 451 following hierarchy: 452 ▪ Reuse 453 ▪ Disassemble for reuse or recycling 454 ▪ Recycle 455 ▪ Disposal 456 3.09.5 FRANCHISEE shall not landfill such collected material unless the material 457 cannot be reused or recycled.
