Common use of Process Notification Clause in Contracts

Process Notification. You agree that upon service on you, or anyone acting in your behalf, of any order or other legal process requiring you to divulge information prohibited from disclosure under this Agreement, you shall immediately notify the Company of such service and of ​ ​ the content of any testimony or information to be provided under such order or process and will cooperate with the Company if the Company shall contest or seek to quash such order or other legal process.
