Process Notification. You agree that upon service on you, or anyone acting in your behalf, of any order or other legal process requiring you to divulge information prohibited from disclosure under this Agreement, you shall immediately notify the Company of such service and of the content of any testimony or information to be provided under such order or process and will cooperate with the Company if the Company shall contest or seek to quash such order or other legal process.
Process Notification. Annually, Human Resources will open the process and set a submission deadline. Notification and required forms will be sent to CSEA members and management and will be available on t he HR website. Employees will have approximately two (2) weeks from the opening of the process to submit their completed and signed classification review documentation and completed and signed direct supervisor’s statement to the Human Resources Office. Employees participating in the cyclical review process will be given adequate work time to complete the classification review paperwork.
