PROCESS LIMITS EVALUATION. Lonza will commence and conduct the process limits evaluation studies as set forth in EXHIBIT G, in accordance with the time schedule set forth in such Exhibit G, which studies are intended to further define process parameter limits in order to establish a reproducible process for the manufacture of each Bulk Product Component. Lonza shall disclose to Altus in written reports all results of such evaluation studies and all other deliverables as required under Exhibit G.
