Evaluation Studies definition

Evaluation Studies means studies or work conducted by or on behalf of Sepracor using Chosen Compounds during the Final Evaluation Period, including without limitation, synthesis of Chosen Compounds, GLP and GMP drug supply manufacturing, in vivo or in vitro genotoxicity, safety pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, metabolism, toxicology, formulation, stability, and proof-of-principle studies involving any Chosen Compound, but excluding any studies in humans.
Evaluation Studies means the studies described on Exhibit C attached hereto.
Evaluation Studies has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Evaluation Studies in a sentence

  • Evaluation Studies CONTRACTOR shall participate, as requested by COUNTY, in research and/or evaluative studies designed to show the effectiveness and/or efficiency of CONTRACTOR’s services or provide information about CONTRACTOR’s project.

  • The DEVELOPER further agrees to increase the amount of the PERFORMANCE BOND to reflect true and actual increases in the IMPROVEMENT COSTS above the amount previously posted after acceptance by the COUNTY of the Traffic and/or the Drainage Impact Evaluation Studies and prior to the date of issuance of any additional building permits.

  • The Parties understand and agree that all quantities of Compound supplied hereunder shall be used by the Otsuka Scientists solely in the performance of the *** Initial Pharmacological Evaluation Studies as specified in the Research Plan and shall be used for no other purposes by GW Pharma or the Otsuka Scientists.

  • With respect to the conduct of any human clinical trials included in the Evaluation Studies, all Product supplied as part of the Evaluation Materials provided in connection therewith (the “Clinical Evaluation Materials”) will be Manufactured by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with Novartis’ specifications (as approved by ▇▇▇▇▇), the Supply Agreement and Quality Agreement, and Applicable Law, and invoiced and priced as further detailed in the Supply Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the plan for the Evaluation Studies as set forth in Exhibit C may be modified only by unanimous approval of the Evaluation Committee, acting reasonably and in accordance with this Section 2.2. Certain information marked as [***] has been excluded from this exhibit because it is both (i) not material and (ii) would be competitively harmful if publicly disclosed.

  • VYNE may sub-contract performance of the the Evaluation Studies only to its Affiliates and reputable Third Party contract research organizations which have entered into legally binding obligations to VYNE on terms that are no less onerous than those set out in this Option Agreement, and which extend to the Materials.


More Definitions of Evaluation Studies

Evaluation Studies means those testing and evaluation activities to be carried out by Samsung on the DMFC Prototypes as described on Exhibit B. The Parties acknowledge that as of the Effective Date that Exhibit B has not been finalized, and agree to use diligent and good faith efforts to complete Exhibit B within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date.

Related to Evaluation Studies

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;
