Common use of Process Issued Clause in Contracts

Process Issued. A warrant of attachment, execution, distraint, or similar process against any substantial part of the assets of Lessee or any of its Significant Subsidiaries is issued which remains undismissed or undischarged for a period of thirty (30) days, if as a result thereof there is reasonably expected to occur a Material Adverse Effect.
