Further Assurances and Additional Acts. Each Obligor shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize, and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, financing statements, documents, and assurances, and perform such acts as Agent reasonably shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement, and promptly provide Agent with evidence of the foregoing reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agent.
Further Assurances and Additional Acts. Each Guarantor shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, documents and assurances and perform such acts as the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Guaranty and the other Guarantor Documents, and promptly provide the Administrative Agent with evidence of the foregoing satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.
Further Assurances and Additional Acts. The Company will execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, documents and assurances and perform such acts as the Lender shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of the Loan Documents, and promptly provide the Lender with evidence of the foregoing satisfactory in form and substance to the Lender.

Each Borrower will execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, documents and assurances and perform such acts as Agent or Required Lenders shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of the Credit Documents, and promptly provide Agent with evidence of the foregoing satisfactory in form and substance to Agent or Required Lenders.

Each Company shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize, and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, financing statements, documents, and assurances, and perform such acts as Agent reasonably shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Subordination Agreement, and promptly provide Agent with evidence of the foregoing reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agent.

Each Subordinated Creditor shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize, and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, financing statements, documents, and assurances, and perform such acts as the Agent reasonably shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement, and promptly provide the Agent with evidence of the foregoing reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agent.

Each of the Creditor and the Borrower shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, financing statements, documents and assurances, and perform such acts as the Collateral Agent or the Required Secured Parties shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement, and promptly

Holdings and Borrower shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, documents and assurances and perform such acts as Agent shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of the Loan Documents, and promptly provide Agent with evidence of the foregoing satisfactory in form and substance to Agent.

Each Debtor shall execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, notarize, and register at its own expense all such further agreements, instruments, certificates, financing statements, documents, and assurances, and perform such acts as Agent reasonably shall deem necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement, and promptly provide Agent with evidence of the foregoing reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agent.
