Process Hazards. To provide a safe and healthy work environment for the Company’s employees, the following procedure is established: Whenever the Local Union Co-Chairman of the health and Safety Committee alleges the possibility of a significant health or safety hazard with respect to a particular process, the Company shall, to the extent reasonable and practicable, furnish to the Local Union Co- Chairman investigative results which are consistent with good industrial hygiene practices. Such investigation results where applicable will include:
