Common use of Proceedings, Instruments, etc Clause in Contracts

Proceedings, Instruments, etc. All proceedings to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incidental thereto, shall be satisfactory in form, scope and substance to the Bank and its counsel; and the Bank shall have received copies of all documents which the Bank may reasonably request in connection with said transactions and copies of the records of all proceedings in connection therewith in form, scope and substance satisfactory to the Bank and its counsel.
